Job Description

  • Prepare proposal for proposal projects (including prepare PQ, project outline and strategy preparation, clarification, cost estimation, review draft contract and propose deviation, risk identification, etc.)
  • Arrange bid bond and other types of project bonds
  • Arrange insurance for projects and insurance claims
  • Support contractual issues (NDA, contract translation, prepare contract amendments, follow up project payment and tax matters, etc.)
  • Other administration work (translation, payment follow up, expense claim, stationery order, company profile update, draft letters and clarifications, support company’s event/seminar/exhibition, budget forecast and review, etc.) and other tasks upon request.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 01 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with administration work
  • Excellent English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) & computer applications (Microsoft Office Package is desired)
  • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and time management skill with ability to handle multi-tasks
  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
  • Careful, honest, proactive, initiative and able to work under pressure
